The East Hillsborough Historical Society, formed in 1974, is a 501(C)3 non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation of the historical and cultural heritage of Plant City and Eastern Hillsborough County.
The museum was founded in 1950, it owned not a single work of art through the combined efforts of generations of curators, researchers, and collectors, our collection has grown to represent more than one thousand years of art from across the world.
